- Managing the Team of around 10 team members
- Working on Onboarding, Absence Management and Separations processes
- Sharing payroll inputs with the payroll team every month within the agreed cut off
- Actively participating in team huddles and team meetings
- Ensuring that all of the transactions are completed within the agreed timelines
- Strictly adhering to the company policies at any given point of time
- Contributing towards process improvement with existing knowledge
- Monitoring the TAT, mailbox.
- Preparing of dashboards on a monthly basis.
- Updating and maintaining the metrics for the regions handled on a monthly basis.
- Sampling audit support
- New process transitions and SOP management
- Ensuring day to day HE operations are managed between team members
- Suggesting process improvements and enhancements
- Supporting on new system implementations
KEY COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience of HR processes, policies and procedures
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in HR administration
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentations skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
- Practical knowledge of labor legislation and HR administration in Poland
