Learning Specialist / Trainer with German

Location: Gdańsk

What do you need to become a Trainer?

• Experience in conducting training – at least 1 year of experience as a trainer and/or a minimum of 500 hours of training conducted;
• Experience in designing and modifying training programs, gathering and analyzing development needs, evaluating training materials, and training evaluation;
• Well-developed interpersonal skills (Soft Skills);
• Fluent knowledge of German (C1/C2) and English (minimum B2);
• A good knowledge of the Polish language is desirable;
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting training sessions based on project needs;
• Managing training content (refreshing, proposing changes);
• Supporting and motivating Foundever employees;
• Organizing training to enhance/refresh skills and qualifications;
• Creating new training programs, assessing training materials, and documenting process progress.

Employment conditions:

• Hybrid work from modern office in Gdańsk;
• Contract of Employment;
• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with some exceptions depending on project needs).
